To maintain the highest safety standards, a parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the class for all students aged 11 and under.
Introductory Training
Comfortable sportswear (no hoods or zips) and bare feet.

A traditional white Karate Gi is required. These are available to purchase from our online shop.
